How to use
Use in the evening after cleansing. Start with Crystal Retinal 3 if new to vitamin A.
Apply a pea‑sized amount to the face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
Follow with a moisturiser.
Use twice weekly for the first 2 weeks, then every other night for 2 weeks, then nightly thereafter.
Always wear SPF during the day when using vitamin A.
